Outreach Platform
Find companies on the map, enrich and verify emails, then send from your own domain — prospecting and delivery in one web app.
- Find companies
- Enrich emails
- Verify
- Outreach send
- Reply inbox
Enter a workspace
Organization: company account (members, approval, quota). Workspace: project space (senders, lists, prospecting & send settings).
- Step 1: Choose an organization
- Step 2: Open a workspace, or create one
- Step 3: Use Prospect and Send in the top bar
Step 1 · Organization
Pick the company account to use. Auto-selected when there is only one; switch in the list when there are several.
No organizations available.
New organization
Platform admins only. Members usually join via invite registration.
Step 2 · Workspace
Organization: none selected
Workspace: none selected (then use Prospect / Send / Quota in the top bar)
New workspace
Split by market or line of business, e.g. “NA dealers” or “EU pilot”.
Send
No workspace selected
Multiple senders + master list → prepare → send. Progress shows in the bottom terminal. Send backfills the workspace copy; to sync your local same-name file, bind the local original first.
1. Senders (add many, A–Z)
Enter password or API credentials when creating. Left-side Enabled: only checked senders join prepare/send; disabled keep config for later. Leave password/secret blank when editing to keep; daily limits can also be edited in the list.
Tencent Exmail: pick the right Provider and enter a client password (not the login password). SMTP/IMAP hosts are auto-filled after you pick the type (read-only fields below). In North America (or TrulyInbox overseas nodes) → choose Tencent Exmail overseas. Unrelated to TrulyInbox sync: sync only uses the API Key saved on Prospect / this page.
Outlook / Microsoft 365: create an App Password in account security and paste it above.
Uses smtp.office365.com:587; if the org disabled SMTP basic auth, use Provider “Microsoft 365 Graph”.
Gmail App Password: turn on Google 2-Step Verification, then create a 16-character password at
App passwords
and paste it above. Uses smtp.gmail.com:587 — no CLI auth needed.
Prefer no 2FA? Use “Gmail OAuth” instead.
Any third-party mailbox: enter the provider’s SMTP/IMAP host and port; use a client or app password. SMTP for send; IMAP enables reply sync on the dashboard.
Gmail OAuth: enter Google desktop app Client ID/Secret. First time per mailbox, run in
backend/pipeline:
python gmail_oauth_mail.py --authorize --slot X
(X = slot letter after save) to create .gmail_token_X.json.
Prefer password-only in the UI? Choose “Gmail App Password” (requires 2FA).
Probe senders
Enter one recipient for each enabled sender.
OK writes directly to Step 2 Current list (overwrites the list) — no manual CSV upload.
Prefer a different address per box to compare inbox / promotions / spam.

TrulyInbox sender warmup health
Same key as Prospect: Provider trulyinbox, paste TrulyInbox API Key, save (shown below).
Then Sync warmup scores into this system. Inbox rate = last 14 days inbox placement; Setup score = DNS/config health — don’t mix them.
2. Current list / local original
CSV needs an Email or Verified_Email column.
Send backfill defaults to the workspace copy — it does not auto-change your local same-name CSV.
For in-place backfill like Prospect: Bind local original and pick that file (e.g.
potential_dealers_0723_With_Emails_Has_Email.csv);
after send, Status is written to the same file.
If you sent without binding, use Write back to local original. Downloads keep the original name for overwrite.
Local original not bound
2b. Upload email template
Word .docx. Placeholders: {{Company_Name}}, {{City}},
[Your Phone Number]. Send always uses “Current template” below.
3. Send quota / Risky / timezone
Daily limit is per sender above (safety cap for the day).
This-run batch per sender caps how many messages each box gets this prepare (≤ remaining today);
0 = use remaining. For “1 per box per round”: keep daily limit high (e.g. 40) and set batch to 1.
Timezone / send window / blocked regions: window uses workspace timezone (default weekdays 09:00–17:00).
Uncheck to test to your own inbox, or customize days/hours. Blocked regions are market-specific — not hard-coded to NA.
4. Send jobs
Workflow: this workspace’s send job config (name, schedule, run history). Create once per workspace.
With Schedule enabled, prepare & send runs at the set time.
Steps:
1) Confirm senders / list (upload or Import prospect results) / template
2) Check readiness
3) Create workflow (skip if you already have a job ID)
4) Prepare and send; backfills workspace copy, and local same-name file if bound
5) If unbound, Write back to local original, or download (original name) to overwrite
6) Refresh run history
At the scheduled time, prepare & send in the workspace timezone. Default: weekdays 09:30. Actual sendability still follows “Send only in allowed hours” above.
Run history
Prospect
Find companies → find emails → verify. Quota is on Quota / Replies. Hand off CSV to Send.
Sender warmup & Graph credentials (optional)
Save email warmup keys and shared Microsoft Graph credentials here. Prospecting is platform-provided — no third-party prospecting keys needed.
Markets / verticals (regions + industries)
Same as senders: review items in the list, Edit into the form below, then save; Delete removes workspace config only (existing CSVs stay). Platform items are samples — use them in the pipeline below, or Copy to workspace to customize.
Markets (regions)
Add / edit market
Pick country + admin/city level → Generate fills slug, name, and regions (trim as needed). Same as before: no need to type states/provinces line by line.
You can also edit below. One region per line: Name|Code, e.g. Ontario, Canada|ON. Do not join cities with顿号/semicolons on one line — save will auto-split and rewrite to one per line.
Verticals (industry keywords)
Add / edit vertical
Run pipeline
Independent of Send. Use Select or create to pick an existing table or start a new one. Cleaned a downloaded CSV offline? Upload cleaned table into the selected dataset, then run find-email steps (2–3) — do not re-run Find companies. One-click find emails = website extract + deep enrich. Use Check settings before starting a job.
Dropdown = pick an existing dataset or “+ New dataset”. New: pick market+vertical then Find companies. Re-import cleaned rows: Upload cleaned table below.
下载后线下删行清洗:先选目标数据集(或「+ 新建」),选 CSV 再点「上传到数据集」,然后跑找邮箱(不要再点找公司)。
Server CSV filename (advanced — not file upload)
Type a CSV name already on the server under this workspace. Leave blank to use the selected dataset. This is not the same as Upload cleaned table above.
Prospecting runs
Quota / Replies
Monthly quota, list assets, reply sync, and suppression.
Data assets
One card per CSV: companies, email sources, verify & send progress. Billing uses Find-email quota above.
Performance dashboard
Reply sync
Microsoft Graph needs Mail.Read; Tencent Exmail needs IMAP. Syncs every 30 minutes.
Unsubscribe / suppression
